Prior to compulsory education, every child is entitled to receive 15 hours funded education known as the universal free entitlement from the start of the term following their third birthday. This can be in a private nursery, independent school, child minder, pre-school or maintained school setting of the parent's choice.
If you would like to apply for a place in our Nursery please complete the admission form below and return it to the main school office along with your child's birth certificate.
Following receipt of your completed application form you will be contacted either to confirm your child has been allocated a place or has been added to our waiting list.
Prior to your child starting at nursery we will arrange at home visit to discuss any questions you may have. At your home visit your child's class teacher will arrange two settling in sessions within the first 2 weeks of the term and confirm a start date for your child. Each child's needs are met on an individual basis and will be discussed in more detail at your home visit to ensure they get the best possible start with us at Headlands Nursery.
For more information about our Nursery provision please see our Nursery Admissions Policy below or email .
